Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by The Blue Ribbon International, operator of MohallAds (mohallads.online). Please read carefully before making any payment. By paying on our platform, you agree to this policy.

1. For Businesses / Advertisers

⚠️ NO REFUND on Approved & Live Campaigns. All payments for advertising are strictly non-refundable once the campaign has been reviewed, approved, and activated on the platform.

Why No Refund Once Live?

  • Platform resources (server, QR generation, ad delivery) are allocated immediately upon activation
  • The sharer network is engaged and shares may have already commenced
  • Operating costs including sharer payouts are incurred from campaign go-live

Ad Creative β€” Advertiser's Sole Responsibility

  • The business is solely responsible for providing their own ad creative (image/video/text)
  • The Blue Ribbon International does not provide ad design or creative services as part of campaign fee
  • Creative must be submitted within 7 days of payment β€” non-submission = campaign cancelled, no refund
  • Campaigns removed due to content policy violations after going live = no refund

βœ… Refund Eligible Cases (Before Activation Only)

  • Payment charged but campaign not yet reviewed or activated β€” full refund within 7 working days
  • Verified technical error causing duplicate/double payment β€” duplicate amount refunded within 7 working days
  • Campaign rejected by MohallAds before going live β€” full refund within 7 working days
  • Payment debited but campaign not created due to technical failure β€” full refund after verification

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Campaign is live/active β€” regardless of results achieved
  • Business fails to provide ad creative within 7 days
  • Campaign removed due to policy violation after activation
  • Business changes mind after campaign approval
  • Partial refund for partially run campaigns β€” not applicable
  • Dissatisfaction with reach or results (MohallAds does not guarantee conversions)

2. For Sharers / Earners

  • Sharers do not pay anything to MohallAds β€” no refund scenario applies
  • Wallet credits (β‚Ή1–5 per valid share) are non-reversible once credited
  • Wallet balance forfeited due to fraud/policy violation is non-recoverable
  • Withdrawal failures due to incorrect UPI ID entered by user β€” user's sole responsibility
  • Genuine technical withdrawal failure (money debited, not received) β€” contact us within 48 hours with transaction details

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Advertisers may request campaign pause only if campaign has not yet started β€” active campaigns cannot be paused or cancelled for refund
  • Sharers may deactivate accounts any time β€” pending balance must be withdrawn before closure
  • The Blue Ribbon International may cancel any campaign/account violating platform Terms β€” without refund obligation

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of transaction date β€” disputes after 7 days will not be entertained
  • All disputes reviewed by The Blue Ribbon International β€” decision is final
  • Chargeback attempts on legitimate transactions without contacting us first may result in permanent account ban

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@mohallads.online with:

  • Registered mobile number and email
  • Razorpay Payment ID / Transaction ID
  • Payment screenshot
  • Detailed reason for refund request

We respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds processed within 7 working days to original payment source.
