• UPI ID for processing payouts (Sharers)
• Business name, address, ad content (Advertisers)
• Profile photo (optional)

b) Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, OS, browser information
• GPS/location data — with your explicit permission only — used to show ads within your selected radius (1 KM to Full City)
• IP address, session data, scan and share activity logs
• QR scan timestamps and share verification data (for fraud prevention)
• Cookies and similar technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

• To register and manage your account
• To credit wallet earnings (₹1–5 per valid share) and process UPI withdrawals
• To verify unique shares and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and spam
• To show location-relevant ads within your chosen radius
• To calculate and apply bonuses (streak, top earner, monthly double bonus)
• To send transactional notifications via SMS/WhatsApp/email
• To process payments via Razorpay
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

The Blue Ribbon International does not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Razorpay: For UPI payments and withdrawals (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant)
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data only
• Legal authorities: When required by Indian law or court orders
• Fraud prevention: With anti-fraud partners to detect fake shares and bots
• We do NOT share your UPI ID, phone number, or financial data with advertisers

4. Location Data

• Location access is requested only to match ads within your selected radius
• Precise GPS location history is not stored beyond 30 days
• Location spoofing or VPN usage to fake location is a Terms violation and results in immediate account ban

5. Data Security

• All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
• Payment data is processed via Razorpay's PCI-DSS infrastructure — we do not store card/UPI credentials on our servers
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but take all reasonable measures

6. Data Retention

• Active account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial laws
• Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days (except legally required records)

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Correction: Update incorrect information via your dashboard
• Deletion: Request account deletion — wallet balance must be withdrawn first
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

MohallAds is not intended for users under 18 years. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, such accounts will be terminated immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified via registered email or SMS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
