1. About the Platform

MohallAds is a hyperlocal share-to-earn advertising platform operated by The Blue Ribbon International, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The platform connects local businesses (Advertisers) with community members (Sharers) who earn rewards for sharing business ads within a defined geographic radius.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Must be a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number
• Sharers must have a valid UPI ID to receive payouts
• Businesses must be legitimate, legally operating entities in India
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful

3. Sharer Terms

3a. Earning Rules

• Sharers earn ₹1–5 per unique valid share (amount varies per campaign)
• Maximum 50 ad shares per day per user — strictly enforced
• A share is valid only when: (a) QR/link scanned by a unique phone, (b) ad is viewed, (c) within the selected radius, and (d) not flagged as fraudulent
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹10 via UPI
• Wallet balance expires after 12 months of account inactivity

3b. Bonus Structure

• Daily Streak Bonus: Consecutive sharing days (minimum 10 shares/day) qualify for streak bonuses — amount at Company's discretion
• Monthly Top 10 Reward: Top 10 sharers receive double income + additional cash reward — based on valid shares only
• Monthly Double Bonus: Sharers with 1000+ valid shares in the previous month may receive additional bonus — amount and eligibility at Company's discretion
• All bonus programs may be modified, paused, or discontinued with 7 days' notice
• Bonus decisions by The Blue Ribbon International are final and binding

3c. Prohibited Activities (Sharers)

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to generate fake shares/scans
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass the 50 shares/day limit
• GPS spoofing, VPN usage, or any location manipulation
• Self-clicking your own shared links to generate fake earnings
• Operating or participating in click farms or fake engagement groups
• Sharing ads as spam or in irrelevant groups without consent
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform

4. Business / Advertiser Terms

4a. Campaign Rules

• Minimum ad budget: ₹200 per campaign
• The business is solely responsible for providing their own ad creative (image/video/text). The Blue Ribbon International does not create or design ad content as part of the campaign fee
• Creative must be submitted within 7 days of payment — non-submission may result in campaign cancellation without refund
• All ad content must comply with ASCI guidelines and applicable Indian laws
• MohallAds provides geographic reach within selected radius but does not guarantee specific sales, footfall, or conversions

4b. Prohibited Ad Content

• Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
• Adult, obscene, or sexually suggestive content
• Hate speech or content targeting any religion/caste/gender
• Illegal products/services (drugs, weapons, gambling, etc.)
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes
• Political content or election campaigning
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights

4c. Platform Rights

• The Blue Ribbon International reserves the right to reject, pause, or remove any ad without explanation
• Advertiser indemnifies The Blue Ribbon International against claims arising from their ad content

5. Account Rules (All Users)

• One account per person/business — multiple accounts result in permanent ban of all accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Unauthorized account access must be reported immediately
• The Company is not liable for losses due to your negligence in securing your account

6. Payments & Wallet

• All payments are processed via Razorpay — an RBI-regulated payment aggregator
• Wallet credits may be reversed if fraud is detected after crediting
• The Company is not liable for payment failures caused by your bank or UPI provider
• Incorrect UPI ID resulting in failed transfers is the user's sole responsibility
• Technical errors causing incorrect credits may be corrected by the Company at any time

7. Intellectual Property

• MohallAds brand, logo, platform design, and technology are exclusive property of The Blue Ribbon International
• Businesses retain rights to their own ad creatives
• By submitting content, businesses grant The Blue Ribbon International a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

• Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to MohallAds in the 30 days preceding the claim
• Not liable for: indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages
• Not liable for platform downtime or outages beyond our control
• Platform provided "as is" — no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Blue Ribbon International, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your ad content, (c) your fraudulent activity, or (d) violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for Terms violations. Fraudulent accounts forfeit all wallet balance. Legitimate accounts may withdraw available balance within 30 days of closure notice.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

• Governed by the laws of India
• Disputes first attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days
• Unresolved disputes: exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
